Want a Custom Canvas? Prepare a Clear Design Brief

If you cannot find the design you have in mind, use the website's WhatsApp button to discuss a custom canvas with Naqshat. A clear brief makes it easier to compare directions and review changes before printing.

Include five things

1. The location: a straight-on, unfiltered wall photograph, plus usable width and height.
2. The format: landscape or portrait, one canvas or a coordinated group.
3. The palette: sofa, curtain and rug colours, with shades to include or avoid.
4. The subject: Arabic lettering, flowers, abstract shapes or heritage-inspired imagery, and what appeals to you about it.
5. The timing: your preferred date and Egyptian governorate so production and delivery feasibility can be confirmed.

Explain the reference

Instead of sending an image with only “something like this,” name the detail you like. Is it the colour of the ornate red door, the rhythm of the red and black geometric pattern, or the subject of coffee pouring into a green cup? These illustrate different directions; they do not mean a ready-made product is automatically customised.

Provide imagery you have permission to use or use a reference to explain your preferences. Discuss an original design rather than assuming someone else's artwork can be copied. A small phone image alone does not establish suitability for a large print.

For names or Quranic wording

Send the text in writing, including spelling, requested diacritics and the verse reference where relevant. Check every character in the proof rather than relying on text recognised automatically from an image.

Agree the details before production

• Final dimensions, orientation and number of panels.
• The approved composition, colours and wording.
• What the price includes, delivery options and expected preparation time.
• How approval works and which revisions are available before printing.
