Preparing your Naqshat order
Order preparation takes 5 to 7 days. This is the preparation period; delivery to your address takes additional time. It does not mean that the order will arrive within 5 to 7 days of purchase.
Transit time after preparation
Cairo, Giza and Alexandria: delivery takes 1 day after order preparation is complete. Preparation still takes 5 to 7 days, with transit time added afterward.
For other governorates, transit time varies by destination according to the current shipping estimate for the area, in addition to order preparation. Contact customer service before ordering to confirm the estimate for your address.
Shipping charges
- Cairo and Giza governorates: EGP 150.
- All other Egyptian governorates: EGP 200.
- Shipping is a flat charge per order based on the governorate. The shipping charge and order total appear at checkout after you select your delivery address, before you confirm the purchase.
Before confirming your order
Check the recipient's name, phone number, governorate, area and full address. Include the building number, floor and apartment number, and add a landmark when it would help the courier find you.
If your area is not listed, or you need an estimated delivery time for your address, contact customer service using the contact option in the website footer before confirming your order.
Questions about an existing order
Keep your order number and include it when contacting customer service about preparation or shipping. If your delivery details need to change, contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether the change is possible at the current stage of your order.
