We want your Naqshat artwork to arrive as ordered, with clear steps if you need an exchange or refund. This policy covers orders delivered within Egypt and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Return and exchange windows
- Within 14 calendar days of delivery: return or exchange standard catalog artwork without giving a reason, provided it remains in its delivered condition and has not been damaged through use or installation.
- Within 30 calendar days of delivery: if a defect becomes apparent during this window, the item arrives damaged, or it does not match the agreed description, including design, size or material, choose a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Opening the package to inspect the artwork does not remove your return rights. Keep the packaging and accessories where possible. Use the original packaging or a suitable protective alternative for the surface and corners.
Personalized artwork
Artwork made to your individual specifications, such as a personal name, photo or exclusive commissioned design, is excluded from change-of-mind returns when it matches the agreed specifications. Defects, delivery damage and incorrect specifications remain covered. Selecting a standard catalog size, or preparing standard artwork after an order, does not by itself make it personalized.
How to request a return
- Message our official Instagram account @naqshat.art within the applicable window. Include your order number, delivery date and the item you wish to return or exchange.
- For damage or an incorrect item, attach clear photos where possible to help us arrange a solution. An unboxing video is not required.
- We arrange return shipping at our cost and provide carrier handover instructions, the return destination and any required return label electronically for you to download and print free of charge. Please coordinate with us before dispatch so the parcel reaches the correct destination, and retain your shipping receipt.
Return costs
Naqshat pays shipping for eligible returns under this policy. There are no inspection or restocking fees. For an exchange to a different-priced item, we explain the price difference before proceeding. Original delivery charges are also refunded when the entire order is returned.
Refunds
We process eligible returns and issue the amount due within a maximum of 7 calendar days of the request, while coordinating the return of the artwork. Refunds use the original payment method. For cash on delivery, we agree a cash refund or suitable transfer method with you at no charge. Store credit is offered only if you choose it. We send refund confirmation; the time for a transfer to appear can vary by bank or payment provider.
Order cancellation
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before dispatch. Standard orders can be cancelled without a fee. For personalized work already in production, we explain its status before proceeding. After delivery, the return windows and conditions above apply.
